FMS Analyst

KBR is seeking to hire a FMS Analyst. This positions provides technical and programmatic analysis support for the planning and execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs for the Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions Project Office. The candidate will assist the execution of all phases of the FMS process from Pre-LOR through Case Closure. The candidate will coordinate updates for FMS program status and progress in the development of forecast reports. The candidate will develop acquisition planning requirements for Letter of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Available (P&A), and technical evaluations, briefings, and general support. The candidate will develop/maintain tracking techniques to monitor program execution. Applicant must be a self-starter and be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. 10% travel may be required.


  • FMS Analyst with recent FMS experience.
  • Familiar with AR 12-1, AR12-7, ESAMM, and other FMS regulations and directives.
  • Requires experience in a U.S. Government Project Office, SAMD, or USASAC with FMS case management, case development, and/or case execution. Secret Clearance is required

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. is preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience is preferred
  • AH-64/OH-58D experience is preferred
  • Experience employing Aviation or Ground missiles is preferred
  • Project Management Certification is preferred
