Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Communications Support Analyst - Mid to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Responsible for providing support to a call center by answering and routing calls within a large agency. Create and manage conference calls and telephone numbers.

Qualifications

Experience: Must have 3 years experience providing customer service support in a business organization. Must possess a High School Diploma. Degree may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience with Telephony/PBX background knowledge.
