Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Adaptive Technology Technician to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Performs day-to-day activities required to manage and maintain all components of adaptive technology. Performs the distribution of adaptive technology to end-user systems. Troubleshoots complex issues for users within the adaptive technology area. Performs problem resolution and completes adaptive technology service requests requiring subject matter expertise (SME) or could not be resolvable by service desk personnel.

Qualifications

Experience: HS Degree. Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience managing and maintain adaptive technology. Must have experience in adaptive technology software distribution and troubleshooting, to include, users and problem resolution.
