Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented associates to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. Role Descriptions: - Delivers Tier 2 remote hardware and software support services to clients to resolve product use and multi-product/platform problems, and/or questions relating to enterprise systems, networks and application software, as well as desktop applications that are beyond the scope of the client's first level help desk support function. - Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications. - May provide some work leadership to other operations personnel through assignment of work, monitoring of progress, review of results, orientation and technical instruction. - Knowledge of troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.

Qualifications

- Time Management. - Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users Education / Certification / Security Clearance - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level government security clearance. - Must be able to obtain one of the following COMPTIA CE certifications: A+, Network +, or Security +CE. - Must obtain MCP within 6 months after being hired
