We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Escalation Engineer - Mid to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Responsible for providing escalation support to the Service desk to ensure an issue is escalated to the proper resource required to remediate. Works with desk side support engineers to define and document problems and resolutions. Provides end user remote access support, managing all issues related to access by remote users. Ensures escalation remains minimal and limits engagement from outside teams when possible.


Experience: Must have a HS diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of experience in remote access support and escalation management. Must have active knowledge of Service Desk services, as well as incident resolution procedures.
