Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Escalation Engineer - Senior to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Responsible for overseeing and leading the service desk escalation team. Ensures proper and accurate escalation of service desk tickets. Manages escalation resolution times. Point of contact for any new or updated technologies to be used by the service desk. Ensures escalation team is properly following escalation procedures.

Qualifications

Experience: Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing a service desk escalation team. Must have active knowledge of Service Desk services, as well as incident resolution procedures. Education: High School Diploma/GED
