QualificationsExperience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an escalation team lead, with extensive knowledge of Service Desk services, as well as incident resolution procedures. Must have experience in training service desk personnel. Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Degree may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience.
