We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Escalation/Training Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Primarily responsible for providing oversight and leadership to the escalation team. Takes control over acute situations and previously unresolvable issues to provide a quick resolution. Lead for all training and resource development for the service desk. Develops training material and service desk procedures.


Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an escalation team lead, with extensive knowledge of Service Desk services, as well as incident resolution procedures. Must have experience in training service desk personnel. Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Degree may be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience.
