We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Service Catalog Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. 
Duties: Provides business and or technical knowledge and analysis of specialized solutions and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Participates as needed in all phases of solution development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.


Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Enterprise IT Environment managing an IT Service Catalog, performing business analysis, providing recommendations for catalog improvements, and coordinating with customers on requirements and business services. Education: Bachelor's degree
