Service Desk Training Coordinator - Military veterans preferred

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Service Desk Training Coordinator to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. Duties:
• Train new hires on SAIC and client specific processes, ensuring front line technicians for Service Desk and Field Services have the knowledge required to be successful
• Liaison between service desk operations, field services, and supported organizations for issues related to customer satisfaction, service desk ticket failures, updates to process/policy changes, and service impacts, using the information obtained to develop remedial training and incorporate into new hire training
• Identify training gaps, causes of gaps, and provide solutions to the training and operations teams
• Support completion of Service Desk training requirements, reporting gaps to the Training Coordinator and Operations teams
• Train local and remote new hires using various technologies, ensuring training received is complete and accurate


Must be US Citizen and possess ability to obtain Federal Government Public Trust Clearance!
• B.S. degree in business, CIS, or other related discipline and 5 years experience or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience delivering training
• Experience working in service desk environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Competency in MS Office Suite
• HDI-SCD or HDI-SCM is desired
• Security+ certification is desired

Desired Qualifications
