Qualifications

Position Requirements: ? Must be US Citizen capable of passing security clearance and background check to work supporting Federal Agencies ? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in IT and 12 years experience ? ITIL awareness ? ORACLE - Significant experience developing major, enterprise-level application systems employing the following software development tools: ? Oracle Application Express ? Ten (10) years of experience with the following: o DDL-based specification of normalized relational table structures with referential integrity, indexing and enforced data validity, o Single and multi-table insert, update, delete o Software for the editing, reformatting and loading of flat data files into a multi-table data base structure o Queries, reports, inserts and updates using joins (inner and outer), sub-queries and tree structures o XML/Oracle DB bi-directional transformations o Scripted data validation based on LOVs, range checks, cross field checks, etc. o View creation, updating and querying o PL/SQL-based DB triggers, functions and packaged procedures o SMTP-based automated e-mail notifications based on data base triggered PL/SQL packages. o Web-based development with the Oracle HTML Web toolkit o Oracle Forms o Definition of multi-block and multi-page forms o Multi-form systems and standard reports tied together with forms menus o Forms presenting relational data in columnar, master/detail, master detail/detail, form, and cross tab formats o Forms which prompt for run-time parameters, and then call Oracle Reports, passing the parameters for execution. o Triggers at the field, block and form levels o Scripted data validation based on Oracle LOVs, cross field checks, range checks, etc. o Referential integrity enforcement o Links to the web o Seamless connectivity with eRoom collaborative environment (e.g. for drag and drop of file system our Outlook objects). o Extensions to basic Oracle query capability (e.g. single Where Clause crafted from data values entered in multiple blocks traversing multiple relational levels). o Oracle Forms � Application Specific Experience o Reports in columnar, master/detail, master detail/detail, form letter, and cross tab formats; Multiple break levels, subtotals and grand totals;
