Senior THAAD Program Integrator and Acquisition Analyst

KBR is seeking to hire a Senior Program Integrator and Acquisition Analyst to support the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) Project Office (TPO) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This candidate will provide technical expertise to government program managers, product managers and senior directors and officials on cost, schedule, performance, and risk management for an Acquisition Category ID program. Job duties will be as followed:

  • Responsible for overseeing the creation and alteration of documents required for Department of Defense (DoD)-level execution using accelerated and refined DoD acquisition methodologies and processes.
  • Develops and analyzes acquisition and program activities to include acquisition plans and strategies, program and business plans, business and competition strategies, program management plans, financial management, cost analysis, management techniques, and documentation requirements.
  • Responsible for coordinating and integrating assigned MDA THAAD activities with the US Army PATRIOT, LTAMDS, and IBCS systems.
  • Develops senior briefings to General Officer/SES/COL-levels addressing problems, courses of action, cost/benefit analysis, and recommends conclusions.
  • Provides technical proficiency supporting integrated product teams to resolve complex programmatic problems in dynamic work environment.
  • Creates, coordinates, tracks, and reports on program management efforts with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide on-site materiel acquisition support on ACAT 1D initiatives is required. Demonstrated technical analysis and other experience relating to DoD and industry programs is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs and resources is required.
  • The position requires critical thinking to address acquisition mandates and Warfighter requirements.

required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering Field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Requires at least 20 years of total experience and 10 years of specialized acquisition and/or program management experience.
