Executive Administrative Assistant

KBR requires an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Joint Attack Munition Systems (JAMS) Project Management Office. Duties include; answering phones, scheduling and booking conference rooms, coordinating special events and meetings, preparing and reviewing correspondence, awards, and other executive documentation. Will provide program support functions as directed. Will coordinate, provide assistance with, and support travel requirements. Will prepare and maintain briefings, spreadsheets, and schedules. Will coordinate and track external inquiries, suspense, and action items. Will take minutes and/or action items during executive meetings as required.

  • Must be proficient with and have recent experience in MS Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) is desired.
  • Must be familiar with AR 25-50.
  • Candidate should be comfortable working with personnel in executive level positions, be able to multitask, be flexible, and thrive in a high pace environment.
  • Work will be performed at a Government facility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Secret security clearance and US citizenship are required.
  • High School Diploma and 10 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Must have previous Executive Administrative Assistant experience in a Project Office.
