AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer Intern for employment in the Franklin, TN office. The opportunity is expected to begin on May 1, 2020.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks. Assignments are designed to further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
Exercise judgment limited to developing details of work in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids
Work with a project team under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with the intent to continue enrollment after an internship
Must have completed 2 years of study in the applicable program
Valid driver's license required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Some experience with CADD software
