SAIS is hiring a Senior Program Management Specialist with Lifecycle Acquisition experience.

Duties include:
  • Provide program management and technical engineering advice and support to the Government customer and program office representatives to ensure they have the best available information. To include the development of program documentation. 
  • Provide advice and support to manage programs throughout the life-cycle including: cost, schedule, and performance. 
  • Develop briefing and documentation material for Program / Project Managers engagements 
  • Develop briefing and documentation material for Directors, Deputy Directors, and Program Managers engagements. 
  • Monitor project development to maintain knowledge of current status by attending program reviews, monitoring testing, and schedules. 
  • Support program budget development activities across acquisition and in coordination with other Government offices.


  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing to take and pass a CI polygraph 
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline
  • Requires 12 years of related experience in, but not limited to,System Integration, System Engineering, Software Development, testing and troubleshooting, and Information Security
  • Minimum 5 years’ specialized experience in Cloud Technologies, Cloud Architectures, Cloud Migration, and/or IT Services management and operation
