SAIC is seeking a Network Governance SME to support the Executive Agent (EA) Cyber Training Ranges (CTR) for Army Cyber Command in Arlington, VA.
Evaluate compliance with DoDD5101.19E and provide recommendations to increase inter-operability among cyber ranges.
Apply technical understanding of the cyber ranges and assess use cases to enhance governance.
Provide technical writings in support of the EA’s requirements.
Lead technical working groups and apply scientific and technical knowledge in solving complex cyber ranges problems to produce short-term and long-term written assessments.
Will review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs for potential security risks; recommend mitigation or countermeasures, and resolve integration issues related to the implementation of new systems within the existing designated range infrastructure.
Required Education and Experience:
HS/GED and 13 years of experience OR Bachelors and 9 years of experience; OR Masters and 7 years’ experience
Active Top Secret/SCI
Security+ CE, CASP, or CISSP certified.
Network Certified (Juniper, Cisco, etc.)
Demonstrate an in depth understanding of Cyber networks and the requirements to secure and maintain them.
Expert understanding of cyber networks and the interoperability framework necessary to distribute exercises across these networks.
