Overview

Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will support FTI on the US Space Force's - Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) program by planning, tracking, analyzing and reporting on Support contractor financials. Tasks include:
Prepare cost projections and spend plans for contracts and task orders with leadership input
Track, analyze, and reconcile labor, travel and ODC expenditures against projects and forecast run-out dates
Maintain program resource allocations in Unanet
Develop briefing material to support communication of funding requirements with senior leadership
Support Program and Operation managers and provide regular updates regarding program status
Prepare cost, schedule, and performance data summaries for monthly Program Management Reviews
Management of travel authorization, costs and reporting for Sensor and Data Services group as well as subcontractors
Prepare contract briefs and work authorizations
Monitor subcontractor costs
Prepare Purchase Requests for activities relates to subcontractor management and material purchases, and Bid and Proposal request forms
Assist in the investigation and resolution of invoicing issues
Conducting current and future risk assessments with respect to funding and providing brief(s) with alternatives to support leadership meetings and review.
Assist with project invoice approval and reporting
Education/Qualifications
BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline, or minimum of four (4) years of experience in financial management or analysis
Must be a U.S. Citizen - eligible for a Secret Clearance
Strong communication skills, responsive in planning and completing tasks, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Skype, and Outlook
Experience with Unanet and SharePoint
Experience working with Department of Defense, Aerospace industry, and/or as a Government Contractor
Basic knowledge of Government contract administration
Experience in program support for GSA contracts
Experience in developing budget, forecasts and financial reports (FMERs, CFSRs, and other financial reports)
