This position provides support for Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) in technical evaluation and correction of SVTT/OHE casualties in accordance with the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual; assessment and maintenance of shipboard SVTT/OHE equipment, training in maintenance and overhaul processes; and providing integrated logistics and related support services to include logistics audits, reviews and assessments and recommend corrective actions to technical documentation, tools, support equipment, configuration, test equipment and repair parts in accordance with fleet schedules.
This position includes performing tasks on board US Navy ships.  Approximately 40% of the work is performed in an office environment and 60% in a shipboard environment which includes working aloft or in confined or secure spaces.

This position requires:

1) A Secret Clearance

2) A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

3) A working knowledge of Maintenance and Material Management (3M)

4) A working knowledge of Powerpoint, SUPDESK, Business Objects and Material Requirements Tool (MRQT)
