Responsible for communication with end customers/users. Establish pricing quotes to send to customers. Act as a Trusted Agent on behalf of the Sponsor organization. Responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the program’s ServiceNow instance. Inventory and asset management. Attend meetings with the Sponsor Organization. Assist in the preparation of program deliverables and reviews. Participate in special projects as required.
