Train Logistics Management Center (LMC) on all automation training activities pertaining to logistics system analysis, proper processing of maintenance logistics data and other automation related functions. Develop automation training plans utilizing MNG Automation Logistics Supply System (ALSS).

Duties and Responsibilities
Develops training plans for LMC automation on system analysis, proper processing of maintenance logistics data and other automated related functions.

Trains Automation Section staff on identifying, researching and resolving systemic problems of the new MNG ALSS when fielded.

Trains the LMC Automation Section on producing reports and providing data processing services

Assists with catalog file maintenance training.

Trains Automation Section on how to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Performs other missions and administrative duties as required.

B. Independence: Acts under general supervision of the Chief Trainer, Logistics Management Center (LMCTS), with considerable latitude in choice of methods in accomplishing broad objectives.

C. Supervisory Responsibility: One (1) Assistant Trainer .

Minimum Qualifications
A. Education Level: Associates Degree in Computer Science/Information System. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Commissioned Officer 25A â?? Signal, Warrant Officer 255A â?? Information Service Technician, successfully completed the Warrant Officer Advance Course (WOAC), Senior Non-Commissioned Officer 25B â?? Information Technology Specialist and graduate of Senior Level Leaders Course, or logistics automation management course. Education level may be substituted with experienced on higher level of automated logistics management operations.

B. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in U.S. Army logistics activities with emphasis on staff logistics automation system. Experience in supervision, planning, and operations at higher level logistics related staff activities on Combat Service Support Automation Management Office (CSSAMO) or Materiel Management Center (MMC), with experienced in logistics automation management.

C. Specific knowledge, skill, ability, and requirement: Knowledge of commercial computer software including database software, and of local area network (LAN); principle of office automation and computer system analysis; variety of hardware, and operating system. Must have a strong working knowledge of the functional integration of military supply and distribution systems. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be computer literate and be proficient in MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
