Senior RCCTO Program Integrator

Position serves as a Senior Program Integrator in support of Department of Defense (DoD) Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) for the rapid materiel acquisition of critical technologies. Provides technical expertise to government program/product managers and senior directors/officials to integrate diverse program elements as a synchronized portfolio. Develops and analyzes program activities to include plans, strategies, and business plans to accomplish program objectives. Provides technical assessments of program plans and schedules to ensure accomplishment of program cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Develops briefings and reports to convey technical information in a concise and easy-to-comprehend format. Develops and monitors programmatic metrics. Defines, records and tracks action items from initiation to closure. Provides technical supports to major technical and management reviews. Provides input, advice, and recommendations to special teams formed to provide expeditious resolution of programmatic problems. Prepares, coordinates and staffs program decision documents, briefings, and information papers at senior Army Staff levels, Department of Defense, and Congressional-levels.

Demonstrated technical analysis and other experience relating to DoD and industry programs is required. Demonstrated ability to provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs and resources is required. The position requires critical thinking to address acquisition mandates and warfighter requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills and abilities using the suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel) is required.

Must be able to obtain a Top Secret security level and operate in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment collocated with government personnel.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering Field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Requires at least 20 years of total experience and 10 years of specialized acquisition and/or program management experience.
