ManTech is seeking an Executive Assistant as part of a team of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) personnel supporting a DoD program that implements, operates, and manages coalition networks around the world.  The team works with U.S. and foreign military intelligence organizations to create information sharing environments using highly specialized information technologies.

This is a highly visible career opportunity in Fairfax, VA and requires a TS/SCI Eligible clearance.

Executive Assistance:  Assist the BPO with the execution of the mission and the day-to-day functioning of the program office.  Provide assistance, advice, recommendations, monitoring, planning and execution to the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PM (DPM) with the internal management and coordination of the operations of the BPO. Manage, schedule, and coordinate BPO internal and external schedules, projects and activity associated with the smooth functioning of the office. Coordinate the appropriate resources availability in response to external taskers and the decision making requirements of the BPO.  Facilitate domestic and international travel planning.  Act to ease the administrative responsibilities of the PM and DPM through effective coordination, scheduling, and execution.

What we really need is an office manager type position with strong organizational and coordination type skills.  Someone who is flexible and can adapt to changing requirements; is comfortable with the DoD travel system; who can manage schedules; who can organize taskers; who can coordinate with all levels of the organization (internally and externally); someone who works well with others and can accept new tasks willingly. Years of experience:  5+.  No degree required, but preferred. 

Daily Tasks include:

·         Managing the PM's schedule

·         Coordinating travel with DTS

·         Compiling data and submitting reports to higher levels

·         Coordinating conference rooms and VTCs

·         Submitting system account requests

·         Coordinate responses to external Taskers

·         Support administrative responsibilities as required

·         Supporting Program Office operations

·         Staff Action Coordination

·         Compiling and organizing Program Office metrics
