As a software developer, candidate will be responsible for developing new custom tools and maintaining existing tools to support world-wide Cyber investigations, operations, and intelligence reporting within a team of Data Scientists and Cyber Intelligence Analysts.
In this role, candidate will also conduct testing and evaluation of custom, open source, and COTS/GOTS software tools for potential use in investigations and operations. Candidate will work with customers and technical staff to resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
Candidate will perform design, coding, and unit testing of new system components as they are defined and integrate new code with existing components, COTS/GOTS products, and external systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field or 3 years of relevant experience
· Experience in Java, C#, and/or Python
· Open source libraries, code versioning tools (Git)
· Basic Linux skills
· Django experience
· Apache NiFi experience
· Knowledge of clustered systems using Docker and Kubernetes
· Elasticsearch administration and query experience
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance (TS-SCI)
Travel will not be required.
