SAIC is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to assist the US Navy at NSWC PCD in Panama City, FL. SAIC provides specialized program management, engineering, analysis, and operationAL support to a variety of Department of Defense (DoD) customers. 


This position will provide general administrative and clerical support as well as perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.  

Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and making arrangements for meetings
  • Maintaining Microsoft calendars for Government customers
  • Researching and securing requested information
  • Researching, authoring, compiling and proofing of various reports, briefings and presentations  
  • Transcribing technical information 
  • Recording and distribute meeting minutes
  • Shipping equipment 
  • Responding to customer/client/employee inquiries
  • Interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information


Education and Experience
High School Diploma and two or more years related experience.

  • Experience with general administrative work including transcribing meeting minutes, producing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, calendars and leadership schedules.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Effective customer engagement, interpersonal communications, writing, and briefing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.  A minimum of an Interim Secret clearance is required to start.
