SAIC is looking for a highly-motivated individual that will work directly with the internal customer on classified and unclassified IT Windows systems.  Individual will be responsible for: unclassified and classified Windows desktop support, unclassified Windows server support and management, patching and updating of all unclassified and classified IT assets using patch management systems; sourcing new IT capabilities, technical documentation, and development of new IT ideas in creating solutions for project support for classified and unclassified IT projects; act as the intermediary between the customer and corporate service organizations.


  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management of Information Systems, or relevant discipline and 2 years of professional experience OR 6 years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong experience in Windows desktop and server systems administration (Purchasing, configuration and management of Desktops, laptops and Servers). Strong IT Troubleshooting skills.  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with other IT professionals outside of the work center.
  • DOE “Q" clearance to start, DOD “Top Secret" with reciprocity is acceptable.
