We are actively seeking a Systems Integrator to apply process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes for a Mission customer. The selected candidate will act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in Enterprise level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives following CMM/CMMI or similar process models
  • Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems and software engineering discipline and continuous process improvement

  • Lead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments and ensure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Technical/Engineering Field or a related discipline
  • Five (5) years' experience with Process Improvement
    • Within the past five (5) years, three (3) years’ experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices
