Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD.


Basic Qualifications:

-              Advanced understanding of a Quality Management Plan and process areas, goals, objectives, and best practices.

-              Experience performing configuration management activities to control organizational documentation

-              Experience leading risk and opportunity management activities

-              Ability to analyze, author, or edit business and technical process documents

-              Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a challenging and fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

-              Experience with other recognized Quality/Performance Management program(s)

-              Project management experience

-              Proficient in MS applications (Visio, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project)

-              Must be willing to travel less than 5% of the time

-              Certification a plus, but not mandatory

-              Technical Skills proficiency in an Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security discipline

Required Experience:

-              7-9 years of professional experience with a degree; or 5 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Security Requirements: Must possess an active TS/SCI to be considered and must obtain and maintain a polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Working with Data
  • Move about freely in a laboratory setting
  • Repetitive Motions
