Description

SAIC is positioning to support the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement customer within Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).  SAIC will provide Data Management Operational Analytics.  This position is contingent pending award of contract.

The Site Manager (SM) will demonstrate expertise and be responsible for the development of data-driven reporting, solutions and workflow recommendations.  The SM will ensure high quality deliverables, monitor and control project progress and manage assigned team members.  
The SM is experienced in data sciences and oversees cross-functional teams with data at all stages of the analysis lifecycle to derive actionable insight. The SM has the ability to translate mission needs into an end-to-end analytical approach to achieve results; Perform the pre-analytics areas of data collection and understanding, data cleansing and integration, and data storage and retrieval; Determine the appropriate analytics based on the data and the desired outcomes, using techniques including feature detection, statistics, data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, natural language processing, and business intelligence; Interpret the validity of results and communicates the meaning of those results; Has familiarity with data wrangling, analytics, and visualization software and programming languages, including analytics methods for big data;  Follows a scientific approach to generate value from data, verifying results at each step;  Manages other experienced data science and data analytics professionals who exercise discretion and independent judgement performing assignments  

Qualifications

REQUIRED: 
The Site Manager will have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in performing program management, knowledge of data science project lifecycles (data acquisition, data preparation, hypothesis & modeling, evaluation & interpretation, deployment, operations, and optimization), support services, and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Must have program management background with PMP certification, or minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience. 

A Public Trust clearance is required.  Must be able to obtain DHS EOD.

DESIRED: 
Experience in data analytics within a U.S. federal Law Enforcement agency is a plus.
