Job Title: Contracts Administrator II

Job Location: Vienna, VA

Security Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain an US Government issued Security clearance

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Trace Systems is seeking a Contracts Administrator II to join our corporate Contracts department in Vienna, VA.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Cradle to grave contracts and subcontracts administration
Manage multiple complex contracts in support of our internal and external customers
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of FAR best practices, to include source selection and justification, negotiations, and compliance requirements
Serves as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues
Review existing and proposed contracts for completeness and clarity
Complete Contract Briefs
Maintain updated copies of contract documents
Complete complex tasks related to the creation and execution of the contracts
Utilize Costpoint to generate reports to track the status of contract actions and submit monthly deliverables to customer
Facilitate final closeout of assigned contracts
Participates in special projects as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires a minimum of five (5) years of combined contracts and subcontracts administration experience
Must have experience with Deltek Costpoint
Must have in-depth knowledge of contract types such as fixed-price, T&M, cost reimbursable
Familiar with FAR/DFAR and special provisions
Working knowledge of eCMRA reports
Knowledge of negotiation tactics
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mission-oriented team player, with strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time and workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to obtain an U.S. Government issued security clearance
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields or an additional four (4) years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
