ALSE Logistics Analyst
Role and Responsibilities
This position supports the PMA-202 Aircrew Systems Program Office located in Lexington Park, MD. This position will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to several Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in production and in service within the program office. The selected applicant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefings, charts and other presentation materials. The selected applicant will use greater judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
BS or BA degree with six (6) years of experience in the Acquisition Workforce with three (3) years of ALSE experience, and an additional one (1) year of FMS experience is desired. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of Acquisition experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree, and at least four (4) years of ALSE experience. A total of ten (10) years’ experience in the Acquisition Workforce may be substituted for the degree requirement with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) experience.
Former Navy Aircrew Survival Equipment “PR” rate is highly desired. Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, DD 254s, and DSAMS is desired. Experience in coordinating Program Management Reviews is a plus. Experience working with FMS countries and customers is highly desired.
