ManTech is seeking a problem-solver for our Tier III Computer User Support Specialist position supporting our customer at Camp Humphrey’s in South Korea. You will be the instrumental in assessing and resolving IT issues.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provides telephone support to end-user community on hardware, software and network related problems, questions, and use.
  • Provides problem resolution on the telephone with users. 
  • Walks the user through a series of steps to determine problem and classify level, priority and nature of the problem. If unable to diagnose problem and/or problem requires physical interaction with end user dispatches field engineers from appropriate team.
  • Opening, tracking, and closing trouble tickets. Ensures problem ownership and promotes end-user satisfaction.
  • Tracks activities of field engineers to who tickets were assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A current Secret clearance.
  • A minimum of (5) five-years of relevant work experience.

Desired:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
