ManTech is seeking a Recruiting Manager, Business Development. In this role you will support the Mission Solutions and Services Group within ManTech. ManTech is experiencing incredible growth right now and it’s a great time to join the team!
This role supports our business development team by recruiting and hiring strategic hires, recruiting key personnel, and additional value-adding activities. In this position you will also responsible for incumbent intelligence gathering and labor market research that directly shapes our bids. Finally, upon proposal submission you’ll provide a full hand off to one of our business unit Recruiting teams including collaboratively determining the transition strategy upon award.

Our Recruiters are full cycle, but we have a coordinator team to support you and a sourcing team that focuses on building talent pools for our go-to skill sets.
