We are seeking an experienced logistics professional that has NAVAIR aircraft/weapons logistics and foreign military sales expertise.

Track and report maintenance, repair and overhaul deficiencies, scheduled and preventive maintenance as cost-effective system lifecycle management
Interact and coordinate with USN/field activities and the International Customer to prepare monthly depot repair status reports (DRSR)
Provide recommendations on future advancements and technical tools of information and data
Support in the development and management of logistical and analytical tools to support tracking and analysis of Program Data
Analyze data and information for interoperability with the International Logistics Support Center (ILSC) and its benefits for NAVAIR customers and stakeholders
Assist with the development and distribution of program information
Ensure that the releasability of program specific data is in compliance with DoD and State Dept Requirements
Participate in International related review meetings, ILS management meetings and Program Management reviews with the International Customer
Coordinate logistics, international events, meetings, conferences and prepare and assist with the development and delivery briefing materials
Both International and domestic travel will be required for this position - approximately 20% travel requirements.

BS or BA degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, but not limited to, Operations Management, Business Management, Management Science, Program Management, Purchasing Management, Procurement/Acquisitions, Contracts Management.
Allowable Substitution:

A High School diploma or General Education Development High School Equivalency and six (6) additional years of recent experience in operational logistics support may be substituted for a BA/BS degree with two (2) years experience or an Associates Degree with four (4) years experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel


At least two (2) to four (4) years experience in logistics
Experience in logistics planning and management which demonstrates the ability to perform independent work to provide logistics planning, scheduling, execution and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment
Experience with Haystack, DOIS, and JIR are desirable but not required

Security Clearance
This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
