Job Summary

  • Works closely with the program manager and/or senior program manager to learn and develop skills specific to program management.

  • Manages aspects of a program such as oversight of project managers, oversight of project controls or similar.

  • Provides direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors.

  • Generally has task and project management experience, including successful completion of several large projects.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or AA/AS with 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a business, public administration, or legal field from an accredited academic institution

  • PMP certified

  • 8 years of program management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment in professional services.

  • Experience leading multi-discipline delivery teams for federal clients.

  • Experience in lab commissioning or decommissioning, lab design build or other lab policy work desired but not required

  • Experience working with DHHS or FDA desired but not required
