Program Analyst

Program Analyst will assist in developing, planning, execution and tracking of budgets and schedules in order to meet contract requirements in support of Air and Missile Defense Weapon Systems. Candidate will use a Program Management System in order to track and maintain contract deliverables and documentation in support of program execution. Candidate will gather, process and analyze inputs to support execution of Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings and/or Workgroups. Candidate will provide direct input in solving issues involving diverse staffs, stakeholders, and resources.

Experience with missile defense systems, processes, and procedures is highly desired. Experience with automated systems to manage performance, track metrics, ensure quality, and monitor progress against schedule and budget baselines is desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office is required. Experience using collaboration tools (e.g. Skype for Business and MS Teams is desired).

B.S. Degree and 2+ years of related experience is required.

A secret security clearance is required.
