Title:

Administrative Assistant

KBR has an opening for an experienced executive administrative assistant reporting to the Director of Program Engineering. In this role, you will provide administrative and secretarial support. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work. Some responsibilities may be unique to Program Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature. Under limited supervision, you will work within the Program Engineering operating unit to complete tasks in accordance with established procedures. The position requires the chosen candidate to exercise considerable autonomy and organization while completing projects on schedule. Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources. Requires the ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis. The successful candidate applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Requires a high school diploma and 8 + years of experience in increasingly challenging positions. Demonstrated leadership of projects is a plus.
