SAIC is seeking a Systems Analyst (Tier II) to support a large federal government agency. Employee will perform on-site, at a secure government location on one of three shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
Description of Duties:
Monitor ticket queues to receive work assignments. Resolve and document tasks. Escalate as appropriate.
Configure, test/troubleshoot, deploy and issue mobile devices.
Monitor, track, analyze and respond to system alerts. Coordinate and perform system recovery activities.
Inform, notify and communicate outages to enterprise support elements.
Create, maintain and update technical documentation (e.g., User Guides, SOPs, KBs, and FAQs).
High School and 5+ years of related experience.
Ability to focus on ticketing and monitoring systems for sustained periods.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with data entry standards.
Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with end-users, including VIPs.
