SAIC seeks a Data Analyst to join an exciting program to support data-related and system-related challenges and integration for a Mission Customer. The Data Analyst will facilitate the use of data analytics, analytics architecture design and development, business process analysis, and research and analysis on related topics in support of a mission-focused customer. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Develop standards surrounding data analytics, including standard analytic tools and the identification and implementation of a governance approach Provide support to strategic planning in regards to analytic technologies

  • Identify and document relevant business processes
  • Provide support to collaboration, adoption, promotion of analytic tools or techniques

 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineer/Computer Science/Technical discipline
  • Five (5) years implementing and using data analytics, analytics architecture design and development and business process analysis
  • Five (5) years developing strategic planning, policy, governance and standard development for data analytics
  • Five (5) years identifying and implementing a governance approach for data analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate processes and procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite needed to perform day-to-day functions
