Job Summary:  

Mid-Level Program Analyst needed to support the Administration and Support Division (ASD), Front Office, and ASD senior level officials. Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong verbal, writing, inter-personal, time management, and data analytic skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Ability to assist with financial tracking skills/experience and identify data anomalies.  Monitor and control processes to ensure timely completion of actions assigned to others.  Ability to generate meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, identify and monitor due date for assigned action items.  Successful candidate must be very organized, able to work well in a team environment and alone without supervision.  Key attributes include initiative, anticipate client needs, and show willingness to get the job done all while providing great customer service.  Experience with event planning and coordination a plus. 

  • Assist with processing of Daily Action Folders.
  • Support meeting coordination, logistics, and monitor ASD Senior Leadership’s calendar
  • Prepare for and attend Weekly Leadership Meetings – generate agenda, record meeting minutes, ensure all attendees are provided with needed information, and ensure leadership is aware of upcoming tasks and deadlines.

    Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of Service Bulletins.

     

  • Create action packages and monitor through the approval process. 

  • Collect and compile Weekly Status Reports.

  • Schedule and monitor meetings in designated conference rooms.

  • Assist with Purchase Card and Purchase Requisition processing when required.

  • Assist the client with updating and distributing various financial tracking reports.

  • Assist with updating training and travel plans and spreadsheets.

  • Assist client with event planning and execution.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • BS degree and 6 years of related experience (4 years exp in lieu of degree)
