AECOM is looking for an influential, collaborative and vibrant director to join our Water Resources team in Sydney. The successful candidate will join our Water Group leadership team and will help drive the implementation of AECOM ANZ Water Strategy. This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven professional to play an instrumental role in the continued growth of our water-related service offering across NSW/ACT.
Our Water Resources team provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects across the municipal, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, defence and oil & gas sectors. The team includes engineers and scientists who specialise in a wide range of technical disciplines such as flood risk management, stormwater management, drainage design, water quality and water sensitive urban design.
Using your strong client-focus and developed networks, you will join our multi-disciplinary team to deliver timely, innovative and high-quality project outputs. You will be a motivational leader, fostering the growth and development of our team, which comprises of a combination of new talent and experienced professionals, whilst focusing on technical excellence, project management and client service satisfaction.
We are looking for an innovative and influential leader with a strong local and regional market presence; an individual who can provide technical leadership and business development focus, whilst fostering a culture of inclusion, support and delivery excellence.
Utilising your 15+ years’ professional experience, you will have demonstrated experience in leading project teams and a successful track record of building and maintaining client relationships and business development.
Tertiary qualifications and consulting experience are a must.
