ManTech is seeking a Project Manager to support our DHA customer onsite in Falls Church, VA. Your project substantially contributes to the analytics driving the implementation of the Military Health Systems (MHS) and Joint Staff (JS) medical strategy and apply medical assets to the crucial responsibility of medically supporting the warfighter and other beneficiaries as well as supporting the ready medical force. 

 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP)
  • Manage cost, schedule, and forecasted delivery date of all deliverables
  • Provide a detailed status for each project within the PMP as well as overall status of the Task Order
  • Conduct quarterly project management reviews with the client
  • Plan and oversee the successful delivery of all requirements
  • Manage the team, to include subcontractors, in an integrated manner

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • A minimum of twenty-years (20) of experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs
  • A Master’s degree in business or health care-related field from an accredited institution 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Ph.D. in business or health care-related field from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of sixteen- years (16) of experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs
  • Knowledge and experience in the MHS as well as an understanding of how the MHS supports non-medical personnel and systems within the DoD
  • Knowledge of, and experience with how the TRICARE program operates and supports the direct care system
  • Broad knowledge of the civilian healthcare industry
