Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in the Herndon, Virginia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for core team members and prospective subcontractors.
  • Responsible for all post-award contract-level meetings.
  • Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base.
  • Program area typically represents more than three functional areas such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and administration.
  • Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree AND (15) fifteen-years of relevant program management experience.
  • Previous experience with FAA or DOT.
  • Familiar with IDIQ contract management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree or higher.
  • A PMP certification.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • A current Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
