Job Title: Project Manager- (Personnel Security)

Location: Washington, DC

Job Duties:

  • Guides the overall function and direction of the program by performing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of current operations.
  • Provide advice on personnel security policies and related matters and their impact on agency missions.
  • Review monthly program invoices to ensure expenditures are in line with projected spending and profitability forecasts.
  • Guide PMR’s with stakeholder at key milestones
  • Responsible for monitoring, assigning and prioritizing staff workload, efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality assurance review of due process documents prior to submission to upper level federal management. 
  • Implement program performance metrics and develop innovative strategies and solutions to unanticipated project complications
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of Personnel Security mandates, regulations and legislation to include proposed and implemented regulatory developments and their implications on personnel security matters.  A thorough working knowledge of due process applicability, requirements and protocols.


  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Personnel Security
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of position risk designation.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Top Secret Clearance 

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work; must be able to type
