SAIC is looking for an Electronic Warfare Server (EWS) Technical Lead to support Naval Aviation, Air Force and Air National Guard customers with System Software Development in support of the Tactical Combat Training System TCTS on aircraft ranges. PMA 205 is the primary sponsor. 


The position will support the Tactical Air Range Integration Facility (TARIF) located on the NAWCWD China Lake facility near Ridgecrest California and the Test and Evaluation/Training Threat/Target Systems (T4S) contract. This position is contingent on SAIC winning the T4S contract. Award selection is expected early next calendar year.



  • Bachelors and sixteen (16) years or more experience; Masters and fourteen (14) years or more experience; PhD or JD and twelve (12) years or more experience; twenty (20) years or more of experience without a degree.
  • A minimum of 20 years software programming experience using Fortran and C/C++ in a real-time Windows-based electronic warfare controlling system that integrates simulated threats, threat emitter control and simulated integrated air defense (IADS) control; records and plays back threat mission information; and shares information with other systems that receives aircraft and control of threats information, while transmitting fly outs and scoring of simulated ground-to-air threats and threat emitter status. 
  • A minimum of 10 years leading a development team, including preparing and presenting briefs on the development/project status to large groups (40 or more attendees), participating in analyzing and documenting requirements, and estimating and executing the development/project work. 
  • Must have a minimum Secret security clearance.
