Job Summary

  • Collaborates with Project Managers and office management staff on public affairs projects.

  • Helps strategizes on best practices and risk communications.

  • Assists with media outreach, as appropriate.

  • Communicates with client, as needed and appropriate.

  • May facilitate public meetings.

  • Supervisor screens assignments for unusual or difficult problems and provides techniques and procedures to be applied throughout the performance of the assignments.

  • Receives supervision on new aspects of assignments.

  • Independently performs most assignments, with assistance furnished for unusual problems/situations.

  • Mentors and guides junior level employees, depending on project roles and responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Construction communications experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Communication

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Experience with SmartSheet, Basecamp, Tableau and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Previous experience implementing marketing strategies

  • Previous experience running marketing campaigns
