Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Batch Plant Inspector to be based in our Chattanooga, Tennessee location.
Role/Responsibility:
Monitor batching operations
Conduct concrete sampling and testing
Observe aggregate, cement, and other concrete material deliveries
Collect concrete material(s) samples
Conduct batch plant audits and surveillance
Conduct laboratory testing, when required
Must be able to:
Climb ladders and stairs in order to inspect the batch plant
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Read and understand concrete batch tickets
Have an understanding of concrete materials and admixtures
Have an understanding of concrete batch plant operations
Communicate well with team members
Handle multiple tasks at one time
Minimum Requirements
Certifications required:
ACI Field Technician Grade 1
ACI Laboratory Technician Grade 1
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Information:
