We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.

The role of the Business Operations Manager (BOM) is to develop the internal and external business processes for successful program operations. The BOM interacts with internal resources to perform day-to-day functional that have to do with onboarding new nires, process security [paperwork, and resolve questions or problems with payroll, clearance documentation and client deliverables. The BOM creates internal and external reports and deliverables and pushes them to the customer. The BOM tracks program budgets and costs. The BOM initiates and track procurement actions for purchases of goods and supplies. The BOM assists with travel documentation and tracks and maintains records of staff travel. The BOM manages onboarding and offboarding actions of personnel on the program and ensures that personnel are provisioned with new equipment and recovers equipment from personnel who are offboarded. The BOM works with the internal security team and customer CoR and security office to process personnel documentation and CAC requests as needed. The BOM tracks and manages the inventory of all equipment. The BOM tracks activities across departments and participates in weekly status calls and provide information relation to equipment orders, job requisitions, and program equipment. The BOM manages the centralized repository of personnel processes and continually improves on existing processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations.


· US Citizenship
· May have Interim Secret Clearance or DOD Secret Clearance and must have ability to achieve DoD Secret Clearance
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience 
· Demonstrated managerial skills
· Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques
· Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task projects and motivate individuals to learn and succeed
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent competency in MS Office Suite
