The Identity & Access Management Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting Identity & Access Management systems, processes and procedures which delivering enterprise-wide identity, access, and authentication services for the workforce for the Identity and Access Management team. Employee must be a strong team member who excels in customer service skills and be effective in communication with clients, management and fellow employees.

•Provides Maintenance and Operations for several Identity and Access Management systems, such as single sign on.
•Troubleshoots issues with current systems
•Fulfills new customer requests to IAM services
•Ability to prioritize customer requests based on impact
•Works closely with other members of IAM team members
•Creates documentation for new and existing processes




•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field and 2 years or more of related experience OR 6 years or more of related experience in lieu of degree.
•Minimum 2 years' experience writing code in Java
•Minimum 2 years' experience installing and maintaining Web Server Certificates
•Minimum 3 years' experience with Linux-based (Red Hat) server system administration/OS including installing, patching and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills:
•1 year of experience working with at least one IAM product suite (Microsoft Azure Identity and Access Management, ForgeRock Open IDM, Ping Identity, or similar systems)
•Basic understanding of cyber security principles
•Understanding of operational processes within Active Directory
•Understanding of product life cycle
