Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to be based on a project in .

Responsibilities:

Purchasing – Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers, and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services and supplies for customer-related business processes or for general internal use. Responsible for the acquisition of all parts, equipment, services and supplies according to company standards and specifications at competitive prices.

Category Management – Responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and supply chain strategies. The group coordinates all business activities to achieve buying decisions that deliver the highest quality, reliability, and value through the development of strong business relationships and strategic alliances, both internal and external.

Responsible for the management of subcontracted professional, construction, and general services. Negotiate favorable terms and develop risk mitigation strategy. Manage supplier performance against SOW.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USACE Experience, and/or government contracts.
