Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Analytic Support Staff to join our team in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Analytic Support Staff is responsible for data analytics strategic planning, and policy, governance, and standards development to facilitate the use of data analytics, analytics architecture design and development, business process analysis, and research and analysis on related topics. The Contractor shall work with the Sponsor across the period of performance to:

  • Provide support to the development of standards surrounding DS&T data analytics, including standard analytic tools and tradecraft procedures, and the identification and implementation of governance approach (verification and validation) for DS&T data analytics;
  • Provide support to strategic planning in regards to analytic technologies;
  • Identify and document relevant business processes that promote integrity around and/or utilize analytics;
  • Provide support to collaboration, adoption, promotion of analytic tools or techniques unique to DS&T data needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information assurance, or other equivalent technical degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years implementing and using data analytics, analytics architecture design and development and business process analysis.
  • Minimum of five (5) years developing strategic planning, policy, governance and standard development for data analytics.
  • Minimum of five (5) years identifying and implementing a governance approach for data analytics.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
