Job Duties:

  • Support life cycle maintenance and integrated product support for US Navy C4I systems. 

  • Inventory management

  • Prioritizing multiple tasks to meet time critical requirements

  • Coordinating with various functional areas to ensure timely receipt, testing, approval, packaging and documentation of inventory to meet fleet requirements. 

  • May also include interpreting and evaluating demand history, analyzing end of life impacts on existing inventory, forecasting future demand based on fielding plans, researching and estimating cost trends for existing and future inventory, and providing recommendations to customers for inventory management updates.

  • Exercise independent judgment while working on multiple projects of diverse scope will be key to successful performance of the task requirements associated with this position.  

  • Direct contact with customers and fleet users, and demands performance that is both detail oriented and time critical. 


Required Education, Clearance and Experience

  • High School and at least two (2) years’ experience

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

  • Have a thorough knowledge and documented use of software systems/databases such as CAV, SABAR, CMPro, and/or ERP. 

  • Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of US Navy and Department of Defense Logistics Systems including packaging, shipping, receiving, supply processes, stock control, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and physical distribution of inventory. 

  • A clear understanding of DoD and US Navy inventory management is critical to success in this position, including familiarity with INCO, OBRP and PBL spares, as well as the management tools and periodic reports associated with those spares inventories.

  • Specific, recent and extensive experience providing logistics support in a DoD environment. 

  • Ability to obtain a Forklift License
